4. AI-Generated Photos

When you upload a selfie, we send the image to one or more AI providers (such as Replicate, Fal.ai, OpenAI, or Microsoft Azure) to generate AI headshots, portraits, and profile pictures. We do not sell your selfies. Generated images are stored to let you re-download them and may be deleted on request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers listed above, under data processing agreements.
Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.
Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. SelfAI is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

We are based in Hong Kong and use service providers located in the United States, the European Union, and elsewhere. By using SelfAI, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
