Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SelfAI – AI Photo Studio (the “Service”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“SelfAI,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SelfAI is an AI photo studio app that generates headshots, portraits, profile pictures, and other images from selfies you upload. The Service is offered on iOS, Android, and the web at app.selfaiphoto.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use SelfAI. You are responsible for any account activity under your login.

3. Your Content and Generated Photos

• You retain rights in the selfies and photos you upload.
• You confirm you have permission to upload any photo, including photos of other people.
• You grant SelfAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your photos solely to provide and improve the Service.
• You own the AI-generated outputs created from your inputs, subject to applicable law.
• You are responsible for how you use generated photos, including on professional profiles.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of people without their permission.
• Create deceptive, defamatory, sexual, or harmful content involving real people.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party right.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly on the web via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel through your app store account or web billing portal. Refunds follow the platform’s policy.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

SelfAI is an AI tool. AI-generated photos are concepts and may contain imperfections, inaccuracies, or stylized artifacts. SelfAI does not guarantee the suitability of any generated image for a specific purpose. You should review outputs before publishing them on professional profiles.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Their terms and privacy policies apply when their services are used through SelfAI.

8. Intellectual Property

SelfAI, the SelfAI logo, and the Service’s software are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users. You can stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelfAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
